It takes between 3-4 weeks for us to deliver your order from the time you place the order on our

website. This is because we place orders with respective manufacture only after the sale is closed

and it takes between 2 to 3 weeks for your order to reach our warehouse. Once we receive it, we

run a quality check on the merchandise and only after it’s cleared our quality control is it shipped to

you. Datalogics ensures that the fastest and most efficient dispatch and delivery to get your orders

to you as swiftly as possible from our warehouse. Your Apple and other merchandise will be

delivered within 3 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within India. On dispatch,

we will send you an email giving you the details of the courier service used.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value but in case you are unhappy

with the merchandise we offer a flexible and easy return policy.

Returns on Defects

1. Returns are accepted only if the product is found defective on arrival and contains no physical

General Returns

1. Returns are accepted with original packaging intact and without any sort of physical damages

within 14 days. All accessories must be returned intact. A restocking fee of 10% is applicable on

such returns. Shipping for returns will be borne by the buyer.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We

reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some

situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available

for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our

credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information

before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if

additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit
